FeedBurner WordPress Plugin
I am testing out a new WordPress plugin from Ordered List. It’s supposed to take your existing RSS URI and redirect it to a FeedBurner one that has various stats and options not available through standard RSS.
I am hoping this is a seamless transition for people who are subscribed to this site’s RSS feed. I actually don’t personally like reading websites through RSS readers, but hey, more power to ya if that’s your thing! Anyway, please notify me if there are any problems with the new feed setup. If it doesn’t work or things get crazy, I will yank it and switch back to normal.

UPDATE!
Oh, there is one additional goodie for new FeedBurner subscribers. Supposedly, it is going to also be including a once daily list of new links from my Yahoo MyWeb 2.0 account. If you’re not in the know, it’s a social bookmarking tool sort of like del.icio.us, that I use to hang onto links for later. It’s a pretty neat tool and hopefully all my links to WordPress and other stuff won’t bore people who are looking for the more Pop Occulture style of content - which is also there too in spades!

[…] A quick technical update: I have turned off my WordPress plugin that was redirecting my RSS feed to a FeedBurner URI. I couldn’t get them to be totally synced up with my latest posts, which probably means that RSS subscribers have been not seeing newer posts for the past day or so. […]
