If you’re going to be in Seattle around the 29th of June, you might enjoy checking out a psychic “theatrical” (it takes place in a theatre) performance by Seattle’s own Tattooed Psychic, Faye. Find out more at her website or on the website of the Jewel Box Theatre (which is a cool little theatre inside the Rendezvous in Belltown). A belly dance troupe, Hands of Kali is also performing there too.

Some friends and I went to the last two performances and they are pretty fun. It costs $15 bucks to get in, which is a touch expensive, but it’s definitely an interesting experience. I have actually been working on a couple different projects in conjunction with Faye. One of them is a video interview with her that Garrett is helping me to edit down to a manageable size. Not sure what I’ll be doing with it yet, but I’m also going to be doing a newspaper article on her and her performances and trying to sell it to one of the local alternative rags here, either the Seattle Weekly or the Stranger - whoever will bite. Hopefully it will be the first of many articles on the local strange happenings here in Seattle.
