For example, I once dreamed that a well-known college football player had died, I was even there at his funeral, which was strange because I didn't have any connection to the player or his school. But the very next day, I saw a small item in my local newspaper that this particular player had suffered a minor knee injury and would have to miss a few days of practice. Quite a big gap between this and death, except this sort of thing has happened several times, so I don't think it's just coincidence. The reason I bring this up is, I wonder if your friend's dream could be related to the announcement today that a supposed al-CIA-duh operative had been arrested for plotting to bomb the NYC transportation system? Perhaps they picked this up somehow, and turned it into something more personal and dramatic. Who knows - if we knew how to interpret them properly, maybe we would discover that many or even most of our dreams contain precognitive elements mixed in with the more individualized stuff.
