I would gather that she went to Berkely Psychic Institute as it uses the same ideas, only over the years, the power to manifest has gotten stronger results with some added techniques from BPI that Shakti doesn't talk about. I do not doubt that you already hold the keys. It's just a question of deciphering. Maybe ask your ancestors, spirit guides, etc. to show you more. White horses are such a common theme in mythology especially celtic, there is even the White Horse of Uffington which is interesting. I am wondering what is your blood line is Boucher an English surname?
