Redwoods



Just wanted to leave a quick note: you may have noticed earlier today an outage of all my sites. Everything seems back to normal. It sounds like DreamHost had a fire or something in one of their data centers, but it’s all fixed now.

In other news, I am about to head down for a super-whirlwind tour of Northern California - Arcata to be exact. Some friends are driving down there for the weekend and I’ll be going with them. So this means I won’t be posting probably till like Sunday night or Monday. Which is really too bad, cause I’ve been really into the weird discussions we’ve been having here the past few days. But by the same token, it will probably do me some good to get out and breathe the fresh air, and stand under the redwoods.

    Redwood- The redwood tree is one of the oldest and largest of the tree spirits upon the planet. They are direct descendants from the time known as “Lemuria”. They are homes to wondrous faeries and elves who, in spite of their rarity, are not shy about human contact. The redwood spirit can open great spiritual vision, and contact with them will bring extended growth periods that will touch the soul on many levels.     I love Arcata. Great place… I lived in Humboldt county briefly as a child, and have been back several times. Have fun!

    Weird, somebody was just telling me about redwood spirits. Those trees are incredible. I could physically feel energy moving in them when I touched them.

    We also stopped at this shop that sold redwood artifacts and objects. I was totally fascinated by these bowls they had. When I touched them, it felt like my hand almost was lighting up, and it was just so pleasant to touch it that I held the one I bought in my hand for several hours on the way home.
