I forgot to add to this that when I got that Santeria reading done, he gave me this prayer to do in the Yoruba language (I assume) one of the lines of which translates to something like "It is the confused mind which seeks to understand" or something similar.

Anyway Justin it sounds like you're becoming extremely aware of your inner reactions to things, which is very worthwhile!

i thought of PKD as soon as i finished the first paragraph. I always say that if your not confused, your not looking for answers, or you're totally insane. Or both.

Thanks. Of course, now I feel less guilty, which makes me feel like I'm going off the right track that I was on when I did feel guilty. Whcih of course makes me feel guilty, which makes me feel self-assured that I'm on the right track and thus less guilty again, leading me around and around in circles til I realize that it's midnight and I'm too tired to feel anything except the desire not to go to sleep. I'll never achieve nirvana if you keep inflating my ego by talking about me. :-)

In Al-Anon, we have a fun little saying: "If you feel guilty, you probably did something right."
