Even so, I find myself sympathetic to some of the concerns that Christians have, as reflected in the movie. Gay men freak out when you suggest that there might be freedoms more important than sexual freedom, that the decision to follow your sexual bliss may imply other significant sacrifices (e.g. the high probability that you will not be a father).

I’d like to write a long piece about that, but the world isn’t ready for it yet.

Slomo: if the world isn’t ready for it, then that’s all the more reason that we need it, don’t you think?

White was a flaming homosexual. It's a pretty tight bunch there in those message boards, lol. I saw the movie once, and can't say I want to see it again. I had to look all over town for the damn thing, blockbuster didn't have it, and actually now I can't even remember where I found it. *Spoiler, there are a couple of good acting performances, and a couple of good ideas in the film, however I really don't think Kevin Downes has any business directing movies. Nothing personal against him, his beliefs or his fans, I'm just not that enthralled by his style. Oh yeah, can anyone find out what the actually budget for this film was? Upon seeing it I immediately recalled how some gay men will tatoo themselves with the biohazard symbol, perhaps to mark seroconversion, or perhaps in solidarity with HIV+ men. Never bothered to ask when I saw it at the gym when I lived in SF. I wonder if this cinematic decision was intentional. Especially since there is a little dig at gay rights in this clip.
