If you have about an hour and a quarter, and you’ve been enjoying our recent conversations on plants at this website, then I highly recommend you check out this video lecture by Simon Mills, entitled “Hot and Cold: Crucial Aspects of Herbalism:”

From what I have been able to gather, this lecture (I think) comes to us courtesy of a website connected to Schumacher College in the UK, which looks to be a rather awesome holistic institute. This is all very intriguing to me, especially this video and Simon Mills, the lecturer. He opens up a whole new way of looking at medicine and its connection to nature that I have been looking for.
