Astrology For Bloggers!
Astrology is a topic I have been interested in for a long time, but I’ve always found it difficult to find good sources of information on the subject. Which is why it’s been a real treat to become associated with astrologer Lynn Hayes thanks to the great connection-making abilities of the internet.
Lynn and I created an idea for cross-pollinating our websites based on our mutual interests. And she agreed to put together an astrological profile of me based on my birth chart and correlating that to my recent writing. It is part of a new series that she is interested in starting called “Astrology for Bloggers.”
She has hit on a lot of interesting points, which I encourage you to check out if you’d like to either confirm your suspicions about me or learn more about the inner workings of astrology. One of my favorite parts:
Tim’s Moon is in Leo, so he has an inner craving to be recognized for his unique talents. This does not square well with his Capricorn Sun, which is all about the work and the results and tends to want to keep the ego in the background. In Leo the ego is to be celebrated and not pushed into a closet, so Tim may have some inner conflict about his growing fame which feeds his Moon and his emotional balance but seems to his Capricorn Sun like frivolity that has no place on the spiritual path.
Hahaha. I’ll say! Definitely been going through a rough patch lately and she identifies some other areas that really resonated with me. In any event, just wanted to give a warm thanks to Lynn for working on this project, and please go check her stuff out!
PS. While we’re talking about cross-pollinating websites, also check out a couple pieces written by Gary at Pathway to Happiness (who I plan on writing more about separately) where he has responded to some recent writing here (first, second).

if you’re looking for a good source of info on astrology, this online course by antero alli might be a good lead (i haven’t really investigated it in detail and don’t know much about astrology). also, alli has neat-looking astrological essays here.
