I kinda like to think of it as a weird abstract pattern-message sent by a rogue Atari 2600 video game console that figured out how to do motion graphics on it's own, if that helps. yeah, I remember that part. I really liked how the kids seemed like real kids. the characters were never too far one way or the other. I liked that. It reminded me a lot of friends I had in junior high. speaking of columbine...have you seen "elephant"? Somebody told me that movie was allegedly an inspiration behind the Columbine shootings My favorite part of that movie is when they are at the construction site and the one kid says to the girl that she's pretty or something.
