		<description>In (another) bizarre coincidence, I was just through Hope and East hope, Idaho last weekend, to celebrate my mom's birthday on 7/7/07 in Sandpoint. My brother and i were driving around Lake Pend Orielle to witness the affects of prehistoric Lake Missoula had when it burst through a glacial dam sending a cascade of water 400 ft tall, rushing across Washington and Oregon at 80 mph.

Our joke at those town's low posted populations was that the next town of Last Hope had a pop. of 2 ...
