Inside the skin of a dog, outside the hide of a tiger.

The reason you get “high” by smoking is that as you pull smoke into your lungs, you invite to conscious awareness sets of sensory data from inside the vast surface area of living tissue within your lungs. As you gain conscious awareness of surface areas of your body, your brain functioning begins to catastrophically increase until you gain total self-mastery: bullet-time in the Matrix.

The purpose of the body is to act as the bridge the instrument for the manifestation of intention into the world of action. If you are not acting according to intention, you will feel perceptually disconnected from your body, which has become unyoked from its sole purpose for existing: to bridge intention into action.

The body acts according to certain basic rules of manifestation and balance. Someone asked me to go back to the thing about being overweight. I sort of saw it a few days ago. It has to do with surface area. Desiring food and all other physical cravings come from your brain’s innate desire to gain access to and mastery over all surfaces areas within the body. This is the purpose of the brain and nervous system: to isomorphically reflect and support the proper functioning of the instrument of the body so that it may act upon objects as a cause effect linkage system. When you have physical cravings it tends to be because your brain and body have slipped out of isomorphism. Your body will then trigger craving responses in an effort to excite the brain via stimuli to reconnect to that area of the body. If you are aware of this innate response mechanism within the brain-body instruments and gear, then you can manipulate that mechanism directly, and potentially exhibit the physical traits and legendary abilities associated with siddhi.

So that is: if you’re overweight it may be because your brain and body are struggling to be the same shape isomorphically holographically. But something is not connecting properly. Some inherent logical flaw, false assumption or failure to honestly evaluate intention may be blocking communication between these realms. I know it sounds like baloney if you’re not there, but your body functions according to completely logical principles. It actualizes logical constructs. The purpose of your brain is to frame these constructs in the context of one life form so that they may be actualized in the realm of action.

When body mass increases, then, it seems like it may be because your body is effecting a physical change to get the brain to notice and reconnect with it. That is, your brain is seeking increased tactile sensitivity with the body, but it doesn’t know how to communicate with the body due to a flawed logical construct being actualized. So the command gets shunted off into areas of the unconscious mind, which take matters into their own hands. They say, “The brain is seeking increased control and access to surface areas.” But that command cannot be fulfilled for some reason, so it will do the next best thing which is a logical match for that statement: it will simply increase surface area by increasing body mass. It thinks it is doing a good thing and in a sense it is: it is showing its willingness to actualize the logical constructs you’re flooding it with.

If this approach to the biocomputer is at all accurate, then it follows that you can’t lose weight by not eating or by denying yourself things. Because the reason you gained weight in the first place is that intentions were being either denied or channeled off into the wrong areas. So to lose weight, you have to make it a matter of feeling fulfillment first, by dissolving false logical constructs and hidden wrong assumptions and focus on contentment. When you’re content you don’t need more. Sacrifice the fruits of your action to Krishna. A man who follows the way of the Tao never seeks to be full.

This makes a lot of sense. I’ve starved myself and gotten bigger. I feel more like “me” when I’m bigger. I do feel like I “match”. When I’m clearly on the right path I get smaller even if I don’t lose weight. I’m not using my energy in the physical world, I’m expanding into the future. I hear people talk about weight and they make no sense. This is the part everybody leaves out. You’re so on the money with this that if I hadn’t followed your site and recent turmoil I wouldn’t believe you were a thin person.

So if you lived in a concentration camp during WWII and were out of touch with your body, had an incorrect body image or whatever you would stay morbidly obese, even as everyone else wasted away?

I think people get fat because they eat too many carbs and don’t burn enough calories. Everyone will lose weight once they figure out a way to burn more calories than they take in.

I think all these psychological factors could possibly act to prevent people from burning enough calories. There could be unconscious psychological processes going on that make people gain weight.

It could be armor, it could be an attempt to feel grounded. But you can over ride all this stuff by restricting calories or by burning more.

  3. Julia Says:

Ted, of course you’re right about all of that but there’s something deeper going on too. There’s a point where scientific, psychological etc. schools of thought don’t have an answer. Why do people smoke when they know it will kill them? All of the answers just give me a bigger puzzle to solve.

Mind-matter relationships analyzed on the physiological level begin to sound like the wisdom of the body. You make me think of Claude Bernard’s milieu intérieur. This is science before the laboratory…real, applicable, and right on the numbers…

  5. Tim Boucher Says:

Yes, this is completely scientific. It is the root of science. There is nothing mystical or phony about this. Simply apply it in your own laboratory and find out. Nothing else required for belief.

some people`s bodies reflect thier infantile natures precisely. i

in weight-loss sessions i ask my clients to see themselves as thier idea thin, athletic, healthy selves and then integrating themselves into that image in a loving and accepting way.

sometimes this deep trance practice brings out strong grief reactions, indicating that the images and feelings associated with that image have indeed died.

obviously the physical caloric intake issue needs to be adressed also, but i find that once a person has integrated themselves with thier new thinner image then the food choices become automatic.

indicating that the images and feelings associated with that image have indeed died

This makes sense. It’s like telling a person to time travel. Sure it can be done. Now do it. Go back in time and resurrect the dead. Obviously you already did it because you’re here now, just a bigger version of you.

  8. alistair Says:

in some ways it is collapsing the construct of time. time is after all meta-physical.
