This building is protected in as much as it cannot be demolished.
Life is a game of remember forget. And that’s all it is.
The secret to reaching higher states of consciousness lies, from what I can tell, in uniting the functioning of your brain hemispheres. Latent “supernatural” abilities naturally unfold as a consequence of this yoking, this union, this yoga.
Simple brain integration exercises:
- Write for a total of one hour each day (you may break it up into several sessions) with your non-dominant hand. If you’re right-handed, use your left hand, and so on.
- Using your dominant hand, get in the habit of writing out sentences backwards, starting with the last letter. You can either do your letter forms as mirror-images or set them according to their normal orientation. Switch it up. Use both hands.
- Learn to juggle. A simple three ball pattern will be enough to get you started.
- Keep your right eye closed while performing complex tasks. Feels stupid but is a simple way to force the switch-over (if you’re right handed)
- Make daily use of Baoding balls. The more you use them, the greater impact they will have on opening dormant areas within your hands and mind.
Practice these things diligently for two weeks and you WILL experience changes. Don’t believe me? Try it and report back to me. But seriously throw yourself at it. Chess too, add that as part of your regimen. At least it has had a huge impact on me… Oh and I am eating almost exclusively hummus and nan and bananas and nuts and water. Have been for over a week and I feel the healthiest I have ever felt in my life (it may have something to do with sattvic foods, I propose).
I’m no neurologist, but I am gaining extremely precise control over my body in ways I’ve never before believed possible. From these experiences (which have become consistent and lasting), it seems to me that the way your brain operates is that there is a mental function which exists - in potential - as a correspondence to every possible physical sensation. Most of us don’t ever access all of them. If I had to hazard an early guess, I would estimate that most of us are only using maybe 20% of our full sensory capacity - but I have yet to hit the upper limits of this circuit.
What circuit I have tripped is open to debate, but it seems to be a blend of what Leary and Wilson talked about as 6 and 7, the neuroelectric and neurogenetic. These circuits, as far as I can tell, naturally open up when you begin to gain sensory access to an increasing percentage of your body. The opening of sensory pathways opens up the corresponding brain pathways and your ability to learn DRASTICALLY shoots up. Especially physical problem-solving skills which occur in multi-dimensional time-space pathways. You begin to see patterns of activity as inexorable cause effect relationships, which can be manipulated at source like strings on a marionette. Everything begins operating as though it were the rules of the chessboard.
The inner experience of it is an overwhelming feeling of clarity and emotional tranquility. You gain the ability to be completely honest with yourself and with others. It initially is the feeling of uniting intention with action, and gradually shifts into the realm of pure action. You exist and initiate certain cause effect relationships according to your Will and they flow back to you according to the Laws which govern their patterns.
In the increasingly common “peak states” which result from these gates being opened, you gain the ability to perceive any part of your body in perfect detail. You can feel energy pathways - meridians perhaps, in Chinese medicine - flowing through and out of the physical space of your body, which you can then manipulate. Each action and motion becomes completely full and you understand the significance of all things. Position and motion begin to rule. This seems to be the root of all science. This level of experience makes you a Scientist of Destiny™. You realize fully and completely that you are not only responsible for your own decisions, but for your own feeling states as well, and on top of that: your own Destiny.
But your Destiny is intrinsically interlinked with your Purpose for existence. When you reach this state, your Purpose unfolds automatically as your brain hemispheres unite. Your purpose becomes to celebrate the glory and beauty and majesty of all existence and to give the gifts which not only fill you but flow through and past you as a vessel to everyone else. You become so enriched that you have no choice but to constantly give it all away to everyone else around you.
Unfortunately, most people don’t want to hear about any of this. They simply aren’t ready to take charge of their own nervous system and of their destiny. Because it means, according to the rules which govern their experience, that they will have to be constantly responsible and live according to some external standard which they don’t see the value in. But to have experienced it, you see it’s the opposite of responsibility. It’s more like the Tao or Dharma: it is the Way which you simply must follow because it is the channel of God’s truth and there’s simply no point in going against it because it never works anyway.
It’s important that you give people the space to make mistakes.
The Bhagavad Gita is an excellent text for initiating and guiding oneself through this type of transformation.
In this level of experience you also become keenly aware of the nature of perception. When the brain encounters a stimulus for the first time, it’s almost as though it perceives it as a traumatic event. What it does is imprint a full noographic representation of the new stimulus and all the events, emotions, thoughts and sensory data which surround it whenever you learn something new. And it is this flash-frozen moment which is unconsciously accessed as a memory shortcut in the biocomputer every time that thing is called to mind again. If you can control the first time someone learns something, you can control their recollection of it throughout their entire life (until they reach this circuit and can consciously re-pattern themselves). This makes behavior more or less predictable across a group of people (a culture) because they have all the same basic imprints for major physiological and emotional states.
It’s extremely important to look at the whole package of sensory data which is being bundled together at any given moment, because your brain is recording this interpenetration of reference points and culling from each moment to build meaning sets.
Also in this state I have begun to have intermittent access to what can only be described as ancestral or race memories. I have at this point had at least two experiences of being overwhelmed with the knowledge or accumulated personality of my grandfather and possibly one other spirit. When ancient cultures practiced ancestor worship, it was because they were literally able to communicate with these ancestral spirits. This facet of mediumistic communication is opened up, I take it, by the permanent union of the brain hemispheres. This is what is referenced in the Baptism of Christ: the descending dove the corpus callosum uniting the brain hemispheres in Holy Flight through all realms. “I and the Father are one.”
Archons are recursive mental whirlpools created by the passing of deep emotional states which have not been brought to full consciousness. Archons and anxiety are the same thing. Archons are not anxiety and anxiety is not archons, but the two refer to the same underlying phenomenon. The way past both of them is to infinitely enhance body awareness of all surfaces and forms within and without the human body. Once these brain pathways are accurately mapped back onto the physical structures which they are designed to operate with, anxiety goes away. This is because anxiety seems to be brain function divorced from physical structure. Brain function becomes not only too quick, but not rooted in anything and attempts to take flight on its own. Anxiety is Icarus. Anxiety floats upward towards what it thinks is the source and then burns up painfully and plummets back down to the ground, the sub-structures of the physical body. This is extremely important: to defeat the archons and to quell anxiety, all you have to do is open up body awareness and control, so that these mental cycles are tied to their corresponding physical components. It is Orpheus playing his lyre at the sound of which all the beasts and fowl lay down and sleep.
The problem with pornography is not necessarily a moral one, but focuses more on uniting intention with action: If your desire is for the pleasures of authentic human sexual and romantic stimulation, and you’re replacing it with mere images of that instead of substance, well then that’s like going to a restaurant and eating a menu (paraphrased out of context from Alan Watts). This doesn’t just apply to porn though, of course. It’s important to look at what your real intentions are with all actions. And then to look at the assumptions which you are operating according to which are leading you to take the actions you are taking to fulfill your intentions. If you are living a life out of balance, more often than not the actions you are taking do not logically follow from the intentions you actually have. Most of us are operating most of the time out of false assumptions. And not only are they false, but we are blithely unaware of them to begin with. Analyzing your intentions and assumptions are a direct gate to higher levels of operating consciousness. Higher may be a misnomer though as they are not so much “higher” as they are exponentially fuller. It’s a fractal space.
What do factories, high schools and movie studios have in common?

I’m curious about what we were taught on 9/11? I find great insights in the videos of Jake Kotze and soundlessdawn but I can’t figure out what it leads to? I get insights, they turn into other insights and they go nowhere.
A few posts you mentioned something about overweight people. As an overweight people myself I’d like to hear what you’ve discovered.
This is when people become inflamed with jealously and try to destroy you.
Are these specific energy body locations? My Mother (not very physically fit) has always had panic attacks but I recently came into contact with two very physically fit men who have had to seek medical, then theraputic, attention for this condition.
Given your new status as professional guru I expect answers within three working days.
hee, hee, hee.

Wow, a guru and a proof reader. A bargain at twice the price.

Okay, I will do these things you say and report back in two weeks, but I have two questions first:
1) Do you do all the same excercises you do with your right hand with your left hand? Writing backwards and so forth?
2) What are you saying in your last paragraph about fantasy in general? I like to daydream, which is a way of having experiences without going through the pain in the ass of having them (like porn) and I conciously choose to daydream. Are you just saying that people’s actions should follow their intent (my intent is to daydream) or that we should be grounding all of our desires and so forth in to he world more? Am I to give up daydreaming?
Gracias. Love your posts lately.

Best way is to try out for yourself. Find out what works best. What’s the best possible?
So your intention is to have things without having them? You intention is to not fulfill your intention? How can a man stand upon such things?
What is there to daydream about beyond the full infinity of each moment?

From Hagakure:
The Way of the Samurai is found in death. When it comes to either/or, there is only the quick choice of death.

I did a lot of this stuff when I was 18-21, or let’s see…probably 15-21.
I didn’t really know what I was doing but I was achieving greater mind body integration. I greatly increased my sensual perception and wasn’t totally able to deal with it.
mainly what I would do was run through the woods at night, climb rocks, balance along chain link fences, dare myself to do little daring stunts. There was an angel that was guiding me, the type that guides people practicing martial arts. David Blaine has an angel like that.
I cried when I saw “crouching tiger, Hidden Dragon” because it was so familiar to me, because I feared I could have done all those things, flown through the air etc. if I only could have trusted the angel more and kept up with the teaching. It felt really really familiar to me, watching them leap and fly. I’ve experienced the same feeling.
I think this is really good stuff you are writing about, its good to have a context to put it in. Good to have someone to compare notes with. I was doing it all by myself.
I guess its never too late to start again.
I have had racial memories. I dream of the Forests or Central Europe that are no more. There is one left in Belarus that I want to visit.

I just taught myself four ball juggling. It was all just a matter of breaking down the patterns into sub-patterns and mastering the circular flow of my hands and where their paths intersect with and cause effect changes with the patterns and sub-patterns of the balls.

Have added left-handed writing to my regimen. I have juggled for years, but left off for awhile, I’ll add it back in.
What kind of shop might sell Baoding balls?
Can’t close my right eye without my left, do I need an eye patch? haaha.
The first day of left hand writing was novel for my ego/mind, jumped write (g) into it with fascination. Second day, the ego/mind started saying, ok, that was fun, but now it is a bit boring and tried to keep grabbing away my ability to concentrate, and it was exhausting. Day 3 was a bit easier again.

The circus arts are an extant Western form of Yoga. Tarot is the corresponding symbolism. Alchemy is the corresponding mental discipline. These forms (re)penetrated Western culture by way of the Crusades and found their ultimate expression through Chivalry and Courtly Love.

Its like watching a movie. You can watch the explosions without getting hit by the shrapnel. Its passive, but then again what is there to stand for in world where each moment is infinite?
Nevertheless I sense that for these two weeks the right thing to do is to remain focused, and to make things needed manifest. There may be a time for daydreaming but not now.
Thanks for you feedback/advice.

You stand upon the Tao, the root of all things. Nothing else is necessary.
