The major controversy over Tamagotchi digital pets involves children taking them to school. Worry over potential ownership disputes, class disruptions, and general distraction from schoolwork has led schools to ban the product.

    There needs to be a new word Tim.

    To unite this theme, of things similar to “Ownership and class are banned products because they create disputes, disruptions, distractions”

    Like the Soviets in the 80’s had “glasnost” to describe their new vision of “openness”

    what would be the word? because this word is coming. the thing this new word will signify is coming.

    I wonder if we need a code word though? Like an open source secret code word?

    Because I do see it as related to those two links, but I see other spiritual traditions describing the same phenomenon.

    Open-Source just means you know who the real source is!

    Jesus is talking about spammers and phishing attacks!

    His version of PGP is basically to say, don’t look at the source, look at the effects:

    “Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?”

    Maybe because you’ll never really know anything other than your own experience. Does it stir your heart when you hear it? If it’s not, then it isn’t the truth.
