Hunting around for 2-3 month sublets/room shares on Craigslist here in Baltimore (that’s right - I have left the West Coast at long last) and came across the headline of this post on some listing. I like the phrasing of it. It definitely is easier to have good business dealings with people who are physically close to you than far away. Nevermind finding an apartment though…
