Enabling Web History In Your Google Account

Question: when you enable your web history in a Google account, what happens if you do not enable your web history in other Google accounts you may have? At this point, I have I think seven different Google accounts, all or some of which are logged into at any given time thanks to my handy Gmail Manager FireFox plugin. I should also say that I have not yet enabled my web history in ANY of those accounts. Has anybody out there in radio listener-land actually enabled it and availed themselves of whatever services it offers?
