MONOPOLY Goes Cashless!
Monopoly is *the* great training ground for budding young capitalists. As such, they now have a version of the game which has removed the fun cash-grubbing element in favor electronic transactions to prepare kids of the future for a day when paper money will be seen as obscene. From Hasbro’s website, a description of the Monopoly Electronic Banking Edition:
Wheel and deal your way to a fortune even faster using debit cards instead of cash! All it takes is a card swipe for money to change hands. Now you can collect rent, buy properties and pay fines - with the touch of a button! It’s a new way to play the family classic that’s been brought up-to-date with modernized tokens (including a Segway personal transporter, an Altoids tin, space shuttle, flat-screen TV, baseball cap and a dog in handbag!), higher property values and locations based on your favorite landmarks!
God, I luvz me some cross-pollinated life-style marketing/indoctrination designed as entertainment! Mm mm good!

and then wash it down with a nice, cool Hello Kitty ATM-and-Cash-Card-for-kidz.

And then you can use that money from the Hello Kitty ATM to buy a Hello Kitty Vibrator

Speaking of ATM’s, why don’t ATM’s just print out money instead of storing them? That would be way cooler.
