In case you missed it, yesterday local rock mastermind Jason Dove was featured in the Baltimore Sun’s Sunday edition. Here he is wearing a lovely Christmas sweater!

The article focuses on the “micromercial” Dove made for the Baltimore Book Burning Benefit Concert For Peace which took place around Thanksgiving, and in which I played a bit part (appearing as “the drummer” from Dove’s band, The Magic Whip).
Also check out the newest installment of the Dove Diaries, which features *mad beatboxing* in the Ottobar’s downstairs bathroom.
Yay Jason Dove!

I saw the picture in the paper, but I didn’t even notice the Christmas sweater till you pointed in out. Nice!
So was it the Sun that coined the term micromercial? It’s the first time I’ve ever heard that word.
I went to the Free Store thing on Sunday for a quick run through. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Got myself a planter and “Edgar Cayce on the Dead Sea Scrolls” in paperback form.
The 2640 is a pretty cool little place. That stained glass is nice.
