Speeding Tickets

Are a pack-dominance thing, wherein the police officer (alpha) acts as enforcer of the social norms by limiting acceptable behavior. What is the punishment for speeding? It’s like kids running at the public pool. You get yelled at by the life-guards, who are just teenagers trying to look cool. The officer gives you a ticket, lifts up his leg, pisses a bit of ink on you, which becomes a financial-social debt: you can’t wash the smell off. You’ve been marked.
