A driver not wearing a seatbelt is a visual cue for a police officer (trained scientifically to act as an Alpha - external daddy figure, rule-enforcer) that you&#8217;re not submitting to authority, to pack dominance systems. The traffic ticket, the red and blue lights are a behavioral check, a little piss in your face to remind you who has the gun-penis and who doesn&#8217;t.
