i don`t drive, so i`m ill-equipped to comment. i don`t wear a helmet when i ride though.....bit of a rebel i suppose.</description>

		<description>That's interesting, because about five years ago, my dog chewed through mine. I got used to not wearing one and have never worn one ever since. I even rolled my Explorer without a seatbelt and didn't get a scratch on me even though the car was totalled.</description>
