Old news, but good news: The CIA, Exxon, Walmart, the Vatican, Diebold - all of them have edited Wikipedia entries.

First of all: BIG FUCKING SHOCKER! Second of all: um, that’s the whole point - anybody can edit it: and there is at least some semblance of a record kept about who edited what. That’s more than you’ll get out of the news! Imagine a major media company admitting how many of their stories were directly edited by intelligence agencies, corporations, or people acting on behalf of those interests. HA HA HA! Third of all, I don’t know what people think “the game” is all about if they’re surprised by this. The game is spin spin spin. We live on a merry-go-round. Are you merry? Are you laughing? Cause I sure as fuck am! Who tells the best story, reaches the biggest audience, and consistently controls their message makes everyone else act according to their ‘facts.’ “We’re history’s actors” and all that bullshit. I wish everybody would stop hassling the CIA; at least they’re out there trying! Everybody else is eating chips on the sofa, reading TV Guide while they wait for someone else to make the next move.
