		<description>I heard something on NPR the other day that I didn't quite understand about how it doesn't make as much sense as it does for the government to buy you a toaster (which is what you're going to spend your money on: consumer goods) as it does for them to send you the money the toaster would cost, something something but it basically boiled down to this concept I've outlined, though they prettied it up and didn't just come right out and tell you to buy a big screen digital plasma HDTV with Blu-Ray blabbety-blab-ballsack!</description>
