New World Order Folk Song
I never heard anybody write folk songs about the New World Order, so I figured I’d write one. Actually, it just sort of came out: a pretty cheesy very simplistic song about things like peace and unity:
Working on my costume and my “act” a lot here. All of this stuff is probably a lot funnier to me than to anyone else. That works. I’m also putting together a bunch of post-apocalyptic folk songs where the characters are sort of reflecting back on what went wrong and how they fell on the hard times they’ve seen and are now facing. I’m trying to write quasi-historical folk songs about things that haven’t even happened yet. Speaking of nostalgia…
