A post-apocalyptic Midwest which has, in some strange turn of events been taken over by a thelemic theocracy. I imagine strange sort of like Firefly type moments you could create out of it. Meets like the original Wicker Man. A restored United States, like in the Postman, could be trying to re-claim it.
