Aren’t people harping on that statement still in the media? I heard that on the news or somthin. I think we’re going to have bigger fish to fry/this would be an easy way to pull over wealth re-distribution: forced population re-distribution, because of natural, ecological or other factors. Then you just take their land and money. Seems like an easy scenario to cook up in this bioterrorist-plagued world of ours. Be on the lookout for eminent domain style land snatch-ups, annexations of weaker states with the public attempt to make it look like you’re helping to correct their failed state or region.
