Observations from Recent Transmodal Listening Sessions

I am beginning to understand what it must be like to be a SETI researcher, ceaselessly scanning the night skies for faint radio waves, pattern recognition, obtuse emanations, esoteric signals and interpretations. Magi. Watchers. Dreamers. Listeners. Transceivers.

Got my friend’s CB handset up and running. Listening live on “C” which I’m told is Channel 19, where the truckers hang out. Although I hear they don’t use CB so much anymore, what with cell phones and Bluetooth earpieces. It’s too bad. CB stands for “citizens band.” At one point, all frequencies were free and open to whoever could mount the technology to access them. Things are different now.

I constructed another dreaming tree in the omphalos of my bedroom. Threaded together querystrings hang from the sky chaining together intentions and the symbols used as vehicles in their expression. My room has become a constant source of white sage smoke and incense - perhaps pouring out voluminously into the neighborhood, though I myself do not notice it.

Upon departing from the shop yesterday afternoon, I held out a fist palm down to my co-worker, who tried to give it the “pound”, but I indicated that there was more to it. He held out his hand. I dropped him some sage leaves.

“Is this so we can become of one mind?”

I nodded.

Have been downloading icaros, plant spirit songs sung by curanderos, medicine men, shaman, to call down the help of those entities. Have been downloading dialect and linguistic examples of world languages from every region. Have begun downloading prayers and nursery rhymes in other languages. The roots of orality. Universal communication matrix. Interlingual lexemes. I figure that by simply immersing myself in these other traditions without any context or consciousness of what I’m learning, the core messages and patterns will reveal themselves over time.

Have been reading the I Ching, typically once each day unless the energy pattern of a day shifts significantly after some dramatic crux event. I have to say, that aside from that cowrie shell reading I had done years ago in Glen Burnie that the I Ching is the best most simplest system of divination I’ve ever used. It is both more robust and more concise than something like the Tarot, which I find leaves a little too much room for romantic emotional fantasizing and projection. I Ching seems to me to be much more nuts and bolts. Plus PKD wrote his professional opus (in that he won an award) The Man In The High Castle while “under the influence” of the I Ching.

I am learning how to “charge” rituals through repetition and proper focus and a loosening of the limitations and restrictions of the mundane mindset the ordinary world constantly demands of us. It is possible, however, to live statelessly or as a nomad between mental, emotional and inner states like some kind of secret Bedouin, Fremen, or refugee from a world gone horribly wrong. Inner freedom requires constantly vigilance and a constant letting go, a continual renewal.

My goals right now include achieving things that I once thought weren’t logically or rationally possible: to learn all languages - human, animal and otherwise - with at least a basic level of fluency, or enough to facilitate trade and intelligence gathering; to be able to operate (transmit, receive and effectively interpret) on any frequency or wavelength; to be accepted into any social group; to develop a psychic link with internet technology, to be able to perceive and influence information patterns and social trends which develop online without the aid of any man-made technology (although I’m also interested in how machines and “props” can help you more easily achieve and maintain vibrational states; to invent or spontaneously co-discover the arising or emergence of some kind of universal communication matrix underlying ordinary reality, to access, reveal and share this consciousness technology to create some kind of interspecies media, a vehicle for humans, animals, ecosystems and beyond to communicate effectively with one another about their needs and perceptions of Beauty.

We have two kittens at work. It strikes me that Play is probably the most basic elementary form of universal interspecies communication.

[...] Does anybody have a clue what this is all about or why it was sent to me? For now, I will take it as another bit of data in my efforts to psionically impact the internet through ritual partaking of transmodal frequencies. [...]

  2. [...] Without warning, millions of points appear in a deep field - all within his control. These are the points he will feel together to transmit the call, to bring The Ancient Watchers. This is Indra’s net; this is a vast web of gossamer information, a million points of pure light reflecting each other. Crowding together they form the symbol Rho - the end of protein synthesis. “Rho,” slow and deep, issues from his chest and travels along the blue antenna into the multiverse. Rising, engulfing, the tone, “Rho,” is everything. A deeper tone shoots back immediately and overpowers The Seeker. He gestures the tone again with quartz in hand, tracing the sign. “Rho.” Again the deeper tone returns, powerful and endless. He has never experienced a depth like the seemingly-infinite chasm formed in this sound. [...]
