Thanks to Ian for setting up a public email address for the project, “themandalaOS@gmail.com” anyone can email to that address and anyone can log in and answer or browse email there, password “omnivate.” Not necessarily sure how any of this will be used, but I figure that’s something that can be sorted out as we go along. Have been guided by this Richard Wilhelm I Ching quote on hexagram 25:
For wherever conscious purpose is to be seen, there the truth and innocence of nature have been lost. Nature that is not directed by the spirit is not true but degenerate nature. Starting out with the idea of the natural, the train of thought in part goes somewhat further and thus the hexagram includes also the idea of the fundamental or unexpected.
I’m trying to leave enough room for interpretation and projection with all of this that something greater than I could dream up on my own might occur. Ian also set up a public photobucket account for Mandala OS if anyone wants to muck around with it:
login: mandalaos
password: omnivate

Timothy Obama aye? Wow.
In regards to the Photobucket account, I thought we might hold our own logo competition for Mandala OS there, if anyone was interested.
Of course, we could always use the Picasa account that comes with the gmail address as well. Just something to think about for now. Perhaps I’ll play around on Photoshop later this week…
Photobucket login isnt working for me
Sorry, didn’t catch that at first:
