    The Police Department’s newly created Bureau of Identification is hard at work on the cards that are to be issued to citizens to save them inconvenience and arrest in case they break the minor laws, city ordinances, or the rules of its departments. The new bureau has been as- signed to a room on the third floor at Police Headquarters, in charge of Lieut. William H. Ward, with three assistants and a stenographer.
