Same old shit, different day. Sometimes the bear eats you, or whatever the saying is… in any case, there’s a lightning storm on the horizon. The sky is amazing. I got my amateur radio technician class license, and supposedly I may have my call sign via the FCC ULS database as early as tonight. So that’s cool. The whole thing was a breeze. The Historical Electronics Museum is a pretty cool place to go and geek out. Most of the other people in my testing area, from what I gathered, worked for government contractors or were in the military. There were as many volunteers and proctors as there were people taking the test. They didn’t offer the Morse Code portion - that I noticed, which was fine since I’m not ready for it. So yeah, I guess that’s it. Feeling like I need to detox for a few days. Things have been hectic in the hinterlands…
